Refund Policy

Payment for all sessions is due in advance. Once a session is booked and paid for, fees are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 48 hours' notice and we will move your session to another agreed time at no extra charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are charged in full and are not refundable.

If we cancel or rearrange a session, you may choose between an alternative time or a full refund.
